I have a question: since I'm number 71 on the list, if I ask to be recruited on day 1, it will be possible, or I must wait for the guild to get level 2? In other words, is this list a binding precedence order or not?

This is a pre-member list. The final list should be released during the release of the game. I'm sure about 20 of these people will probably forget they even signed up.

Yes, I have already read this.. but it's not clear how it works: who exactly will be recruited on day 1? anyone who asks, or only those who are in the first 50 positions on the list? I'm not pressing to be recruited, I' just want to understand how it works

there is no need to worry bout it until the game is released.
since a lot can happen before its ready, and it will not take too long anyway to reach lvl 2.

Yeah don't worry too much about this as of yet. Before the game starts (and I am talking AFTER the last wipe -> CBT->OB) we will open the Clan Forum and ask for the real signups. After that it depends on when you are ingame so we can add you to the clan etc.! And if we should already going over the limit at the beginning, we will work as fast as possible to get to level 2 for sure - if we all work together this shouldn't be much of a problem... I just wanted to say good job on the pre-organising of the guild. Hope it will work out when the game starts. I think everybody is too afraid to attack you because LD is in it

I would love to join as well. I will be leaving 2 moons for this game....it seems to have more depth. Wikiperium seems to be filled with great people, so who wouldnt want to surround themselves with that?

We will surely play and make the guild within the Open Beta, just for testing purposes though However the "real" guild and the corresponding recruitments will be done shortly before the final version of PW launches and right after the opening of the internal clan forums
