I have much guild leader experience, i used to be a raid leader for over 4 different guilds on World of Warcraft, and any WoW players know that it takes a LOT of patience and experience to lead raids of 40 people, keep them organized, and progress them through dungeons. I've also had enough experience to know that working the guild as a dictatorship, and never listening to anyones opinions, muting everyone but the officers and the leader on vent, and kicking someone for the smallest things never lead to a great guild. The guild we plan to create would be more of a democracy, i would listen to everyone, take everyones opinions and actually use them in some way to help profit the guild as a WHOLE and not just myself or the officers. This game is big, and you will need a lot of experience to lead a successful guild in it, something i have. I have over 5 years of guild leader experience, from Ragnarok Online, to WoW. I have been a leader in many different games. I am not bragging or anything of the sort, i am saying that IF YOU WANT TO BE IN A SUCCESSFUL, HAPPY, AND FUN GUILD, THIS IS THE WAY TO GO! Many other people might try to bribe you or tell you what you want to hear, but only i will tell you what i really plan to do with this guild, and thats make it work, get us into end-game, and be the Elite of the Elite . There is only 1 officer at the moment, when the time comes in the game we will choose more based on maturity, experience, and overall how much the guild enjoys you. Haha, between you and me, you got our guild beat XD. But if we're allies, I see no problem. We have a total of 11 people that are 100% guaranteed to be in our guild. But don't worry, we all loose to clannd, they have around 150+ people registered in their forums (though they play other games too) Well, nothing can be seen till the game has started, in which, of course, the guild I'm in will become the most powerful, naturally.

We're usually quantity at first....then once the guild is up and running nicely i kick all the kids and immature people. Yes, i use them. Eat or be eaten.
