There are three NPC's in Dragon City which allow you to donate 2x 4th grade armors. However, I was able to obtain the equips such as 2 Blood pendants and the quest won't highlight the items as objects obtained.

So I can't turn them in to complete the quest. Does anyone have this problem as well?
