It's the quest that the elder gives you. I'm lvl 14, so that might narrow it down a little bit. she said to look for the soul of yi qing ling around the northwest river of feather city, but i've looked all over the place and i can't find any npc's on my mini map. help please! thanks in advance!
   Was bored out of my mind today: http://www.geocities.com/snowboardwinds (so I made my own website, probably gonna give it up soon anyways xD) With the stillness of the night, there comes a time to understand. To reach out and touch tomorrow; take the future in our hand.

thanks in advance! its the flying boss at NW side of the city is a building near the river is just behind it

o, is it that flying thing that's lvl 14 but has a hell of a lot of health and kills you really easily?? O_O
