I need to kill mei rao but cant find him it says he is by the west foot of sky cliff but i cant find him plz help

ok im stuck on one quest but not sure if its same one i done all the orange quests so if its one of those i think it means the boss on the west of the cliffs next to the lake it is a lvl 30 boss and has 2 plants with it if its the white quest from the guy who is saying something about boots and protection then i dont know

i soloed him easy was like lvl 28 but thats with my werefox i just pulled the plants away and kill them one at a time then 1-1 against boss is easy with werefox just keep healing pet

Mei rao loc 410 535 she is in sky cliff heres a pic i killed her easy at 30 but im a werefox as well
