"att speed increase" vs. "casting time reduce" ???

As the topic says...

Obviously the "casting time reduction" is for caster. But what happens if a caster wears equipment with "attack speed increase"?

Any ideas / suggestions?

-% casting time are for magical types
+ 0.00 attck speed are for melle and physical bow range types.
XD
magical types who use +.00 attc speed wont affect their casting time in using magic skills.
