Perhaps I missed something (all too likely), but how the heck do I learn new skills? I have been looking all over for skill trainers and the like, and have not gotten any quests that teach skills (with the gold color in the quest box). Where do I need to go, or should I just bust out my dictionary/native speaking friends and wander around translating NPC names? Most dictionaries dont have the vocabulary used in this game... >.<
Oh, I'm playing the PRC version right now, if that changes anything. I can read traditional better than I can read simplified, if that helps at all! :P But, since Taiwanese version still downloading... sigh.
Any help/ideas/screenshots/anything on learning skills? Much appreciated, thank you.

I believe the skill-trainer for Wings is around the big fountain in the Wings-city.
Simply double-click on the skill you want to learn to learn it (if I remember correctly)
