I am level 9 WuXia and I aim to level with fist/claw so I've been focusing mainly on AGI up to now. After reading about WuXia builds I read that heavy armour should always be used so you need at least the STR to use heavy armour.

However, I did some calculations and to keep being able to use the heavy arour for my level I will need to add 3.6 STR per level up, leaving only 1.4 points to be added to AGI and CON.

My question is how is it possible to level up AGI to be good with fist/claw as well as having the STR to use the heavy armour for your level? It doesn't seem possible.
