Right now I'm playing PW at 1024x768 res with max settings on my old 17" CRT. I'm thinking about buying a new 19" LCD monitor (LG L196WTQ with 1440x900 res or Viewsonic VX1940w with 1680x1050 res). My question :

1) PW doesn't support 1440x900 ingame except with custom resolution pack right? Does future patch will add this resolution later?
2) Does the custom resolution pack works fine?
3) If I get the Viewsonic one, can I still play PW with max settings? I use 8600GT btw.

1) Dont know.
2) I heard that it should work.
3) You should be able to play it in nearly max yes.
