Any benefits to being in a Guild/Clan?

My friends and I was planning to make our own guild, but if there are no benefits, I might have to change my mind. Since there's only 3 of us, I was thinking "I'll just whisper them..." instead of guild chat(?).

**Benefits being:
-Guild/Clan Storage? - I would love to have extra space to store my items...

-Territories(?) - Maybe I read wrong but you are only allowed to control territories only if you are in a guild? if so.. thats gonna be hard for us 3 to defend out territory Laughing

(if we manage to get one) 3 vs 50 ^ ^ ftw!.

-*Any other priveleges I do not know of...?
