I am 100% lvl 3 blacksmith and it wont go to lvl 4. why? I am hearing there is a quest i must do 1st..any 1 no where? i checked the elders and blacksmiths in adc and ethersword. The same for tailor too? I am wr lvl 48.

u need to be 50 in order for the quest to appear
