might be that your AV program deleted the .exe file without telling you, its the same message you get when the exe isnt there atleast.
check C:\XXXX\perfectworld\element\
the file elementclient.exe should be in that folder, if not hit the "verify" buttun in the launcer to redownload that file.
(i will most likely have to disable you AV program before doing this or it might just delete it again once downloaded.
