Hello, I'm a level 12 werefox, and I need to know how I can get a hold of some green grass for a quest. Is there a specific monster to kill or a place I can buy it?

Green grass is dropped by all grass eating mobs.
It is not a common drop tough.

Below are examples of lower level mobs that drop the grass:

1> Moor WhirlTortlen (lvl8) near location 500.909 (drop rate about 5%)
2> Altiplano WhirlTortlen (lvl8) near location 248.573 (drop rate about 5%)
3> Amphibian WhirlTortlen (lvl8) near location 282.393 (drop rate about 5%)
4> VastCornu Dinothere (lvl20) near location 299.477 (drop rate about 10%)
5> Megalithic LeechDrake (lvl22) near location 502.631 (drop rate about 14,5%)

Alternative option would be to buy to the grass direct from other player or through the uction hall (I believe that the prices are roughly around 3 to 4k per grass).
