Since i dont get hit often, (pet tanks) i only use hp pots cuz they are cheaper and then when my mp gets low i switch then pot once or twice and after a few minutes im back to full hp and if im low on mp i do it again. ive never bought pots with my foxy even when i didnt have exchange

Weapon mostly is -10%, its is quest weapon for lv90.
Other item normally is -3/-6%, but if u lucky , maybe u get mob drop 3 blue stat , each blue stat -6%,totally -18% casting time O.o,someone get it in international server ^^
