IMHO, Wu Xia are built specifically.
Ex.
1.) Str/Con = Good against low evade types
2.) Str/Dex = Good against low accuracy types
A better all around PVPer/PKer would be the Werefox/Yao Jing. Debuff skill is really a pain in the neck.
