hello, I was looking for a new MMO to play ever since i got tired of playing silkroad online.
until i saw perfect world.
Now i am downloading PW now and i was wondering if there is anyone here who would like to help me with this game.
like a nice server, someone who can help me understand this game, and also invite me to a guild so i can have some people to play with ^_^
sorry if i sound really noobie but ...i kind of am =D
I would also like to know what kind of builds there are.
and wich are best in pvp

You can always ask to join Wikiperia here, just check the stickies to find out how.
As for builds, that entirely depends on which class you want to play. I suggest you browse the forums here to find out some general opinions and such.
