How to learn new skills? o.o

I'm new to PW and I have a lvl 5 werebeast, And I've been wondering how to learn a new skill. People say to "talk to the Elder in the Vanished City" I go there and talk to Him but then I'm not sure what to do. Help please? ._.

There is a werebeast skill master somewhere in Vanished City. You need to talk to him to learn new skills. Elder is only "teaching" you crafting skills.
