where do you get those items needed to increase mount speed? sorry for the noobish question, im new to the game.

You need the fueling crystals to recharge mounts so they can go faster for some time. The only way I know of on how to get refueling crystals is by disassembling items.

aw i forgot to specify.. im talking about the pet manager. theres an option where you can increase your land mount's speed, i just want to now where to get those items to make my mount go faster

you need that :  to increase a mount's speed from 8.0 to 9.0 m/s and/or that:  to increase a mount's speed from 9.0 to 10.0 m/s on japanese server it costs 5gold for the 1st one and 50gold for the second one. can obtain them via the item mall ... dunno how much it costs on my-en server.

Just drag them over your equipped mount slot to refill your faster flying skill!

armor exampel. but if u fly mount is rank 1 2 o 3+ u need disassembled exampel rank 1 2 or 3 armor
