Lvl 10 Thousand Ton Hammer, lvl 10 Shatter, lvl 10 Defiance ,lvl 10 armageddon,lvl 10 divine str, lvl 10 burning blood, at lvl 90?? is it possible??

it depends on how much u have and how much skill points u have earned
normally it'll all max up about that lvl or even before

ahh ok thanks !!  can i ask another question?? is it good if i will max up poison fangs?? cause i think its very effective.. it adds up a little damage on me now cause it is at lvl 1.. would it be stronger if i lvl it up??
