Ok bear in mind that I am totally new to this game and as of yet have not even managed to log in a play. My problem is everytime I load the client launcher the two server icons are grey, I go the site and it says the server's are offline. Normally I would just wait but I get the weird impression I'm missing something or doing something wrong and that other people are playing right now. Any info? The updates work each time I open the client launcher.
EDIT: Forgot to mention I am at work so could it be possible the IT Dept have blocked certain aspects of the connections to this game? I doubt it because the patch server works fine. Any help appreciated.
EDIT2: Ok sorry to waste a topic like this but I just read in another thread that the MY-EN servers are definitely down. Teach me to read forum more carefully next time. Admins you can close/delete if you wish.

Yes, i have this problem to. I installed it yesternight and one day later i cant login yet. It keeps saying "cannot connect to server" and the both dots are grey at me to.  Edit: and yes i;ve read all the technical support pages of the login problem. But if you look at the date it's like 3 weeks past it, shouldnt it be out by now :s

Yep. Sure. For example the official forums. Or these forums. It's not a technical problem anyway. the servers are off becuase the open beta didn't started. And if you are wondering why most people are starting to be rude when someoen asks about the servers then you maybe should browse through the forums and see how many people asked this question already, not reading teh stickies or searching for same threads.
