do anyone know how strong the hai gui(i'm not sure about the spelling of the name) a lvl 23 monster that lives in the south side of dragon city, it's a monster like the wingkind specter in feather city like a mini boss or something....

Soloable with wf at 25ish, soloable with all classes 27+.
