I'm sorry I didn't read the FAQs, anyway... does this GOD or EVIL factions take effect immediately or do we have to wait a couple more patches here in the Philippines?

i think some people are at lvl 80+++ here now in PWph...last week i saw a lvl 79 monster pet following a yao jing the one in the territory the horse one...

oh by the way that webs description about the passive bow mastery that 1% instant kill is it true or wrong... or its just 1% crit rather than the instant kill?

There are not instant skill = = its just the database translation problem, because in chinese "zhi ming yi ji" translate to englisht is 1 hit instant kill something, actually is critical.
