I know the location of 2 lvl 89 legendary dragons and will be providing the screen shots asap...in the mean time i would like to here from u guys think about it

Interesting...  I think my clanmates will be thrilled to hear this. Especially our highest level one who's currently at 90.

Dragon didnt heard before but phoenix(76lvl)<<<boss on 676, 550.That is 1 in 3 legend PET<heard from other forum

lolz, this is a normal mob (or a mini boss since i don't understand the text and i don't clearly remember its level). You said it lv89? ^^!

Sure it's a dragon. At that location you can find 2 dragon: prince, princess. But to be called "legendary".... i think they don't have any criteria for this. Powerful? No, just need 1 priest and 1 werebeast 8x (even 78+) you can defeat each. Valuable things? No, don't get anything from them except a little exp + sp + gold! And as i remember, there isn't any quest ask you to kill them also ^^.Only a quest ask you to kill Dragon King (a man-like dragon). But with the same pt above, you can kill this king easily. I think they're like seaguards when you do quests around (lv 84, 85 quest if i'm not wrong ^^)

He's nothing to worry, a normal boss! After finishing him, you can go back to NPC for optional rewards: a lv85 heavy boot (Dragon King Boot);a... something i don't remember (since my choice was boot)^^

lolz, the 4th boss don't have any relationship with others (you have to kill him in lv 79 ranking quest- or fb79 as everyone call it). He's pretty far away from others'location though they're in the same sea ^^! All dragons gather in an area called Dragon Palace (just like in Chinese Myth) although we can't see something like that there :D
