could we upgrade the pet skill? and how?

i.e. my grotto's raging skill is lv.1
and I found out at the granny in dragon city
that the skill's maximum level is 5
and the level advancement is 20,40,...

p.s. my grotto is lv. 25 now but all of his skill are still lv.1

Fox mage:
STR + INT : enought to wear weapon + robe
DEX : reduce to 3
VIT/INT : 1/2

VIT/INT means half points VIT, and half INT? or is it 1:2? (so 1 point VIT and 2 points INT)

So, whats the difference dmg wise between a con-int build and a full int build, if they have the same eqs?

pet dont have magic attack, all is physical attack, but pet got elemental skill.
u get 5 stat point for eack lv up.
If u wear robe, put str according to ur equipment needed and int depends on ur weapon. the points which left, u can put it on vit or int urself.

Pure INT :
STR + INT : enought to wear weapon + robe
DEX : reduce to 3
VIT : reduce to 3
INT : MAX

Pro :
King of PK with Damage dealer. U must come with Wind bug , can kill all class if u see .
Good MP , MP regen and m.atk . Hightest m.def
King Of solo (Up lv fastest)
After u die , Ur PET still atk -> Enemy die ....
Have a lot money
Cons :
Have little HP + low p.def .Die to fast , can die by 1 hit of yu mang .
Equipment:
Weapon : OP -casting time
Amor : OP -casting time
Necklace : OP -casting time
Accessory : OP -casting time
Ring : 2 m.atk OP -casting time
Hat : magic hat OP +p.def or +HP -- Ex: Evil magic hat(lv90, Re STR : 49)Pdef +1% INT +7 HP+105
Skill :

God/Evil :God

2 Questions:

1)STR + INT= enough to wear
INT = MAX???
Isnt it meaned STR + AGI?

2) Hmm I want to be good in PK, but i also want to Level Fast and change sometimes to a fox - is that possible? Because the most Buildings are only for Magic - not for transformers

Human Mage - Level 59 (inactive)
Werebeast - Level 80+ (inactive)

Any of u guys are high lvl fox players in other versions?
Just wanna ask, by the time u reached lvl 50, not counting the golden weapons you got and sold for money. Around how much money did you have by then, so consider that as what a normal fox would have by lvl 50?
A few m? or less or more?

Thanks

Oh and from what i heard, b4 lvl 60, go full int fox, after 60 as u'll be experiencing more pvp, starts adding str and vit so by 80-90 u can wear both heavy armor and robe
