Fa Shi 1.5 sec =2.2 sec
What is a Bug?
Time Cast 1.5 or dealing 2.2 sec = Fa Shi GIMP?

i think what he means is the time that shown on weapon ^^
its not time, it just a attack rate (times/sec)
and tehre are other two ttime as ice said, casting time and cooldown time.

 So there r 3 time XD Casting time Ready time Cooldown time

Using time = casting time + ready time can reduce casting by some item have OP
