I was in a instanced cave (resting to get MP back) when a message popped up saying "Retreating state now."
I could run around the screen, but could not click on anything. Also my friends (sitting in the same room as me) said that I was not moving on their screen. I waited for like a minute and finally logged off (had to do a force exit).
I've had it happen several times since then, always involving sitting, so I finally tried to figure out how I got in that state.

There's probably another way to get it, but this has worked consistently for me:
(might have to sit up to 3 times previously for it will work)
Sit down/rest and have the camera facing the same direction as your char (looking at the character's back).
Hold down the right-mouse button and press S and W (backward and forward) quickly a couple of times. (I think you have to start with S (backwards) button)
Now you can't do anything...

Anyone have ANY idea what this is or how to turn it off?
