What she's trying to say is every time you complete a set of these cultivation quests, you'll be rewarded with a lot of SP. Of course, these quests are mandatory to complete if you want to unlock newer skills.

You're new to this yet you get 70 SP per monster? That's quite a lot. You don't need to worry about getting more SP. Just keep doing quests and grind a little and you'll get the SP you need. You'll also need to watch your yuan since getting skills also require yuan. Don't worry about getting more SP for now. Concentrate on levelling and making yuan. When you upgrade a certain skill to the next level, depending on the skill, you may need to spend more SP and more yuan than another skill being upgraded to the same level. So there is no real answer for your question.

Edit: No wonder you're getting 70 SP per monsters. I've read on some post that the GM temporarily made it so everyone gets roughly 1.5x more XP and SP when you kill monsters.

So are there unlimited amount of these cultivation quests? or is there a limited amount that once you complete them you have to grind to raise rest of your skills?

There's 7 cultivation quests, and then 1 faction quest. But by then, you should more than enough SP to max everything.
