Ah, I see that clothing set on the loading screen sometimes. I always think of flower petals though, not feathers. It is very pretty nonetheless.

in chinese, called feather dress set ^^ u look on the skirt , its made of feather^^ ( ialso no idea y called feather dress...)

not avalaible in my server yet~
international , actually is chinese ver too, in china , its the server to test every new thing for all version( except china version) because the data in china version not same as other version, simply ,it's just a same data with oter country ver data, but for china^^

It not available because there are havent wedding feature in my ver^^

We're talking about Perfect World characters. You aren't a Perfect World character, in real life or in the game, since you quit. It confuses me why you'd bother to say such a thing, however I'm not going to spend any time thinking about it since yours is a moot point. So, I'm not sure what to say past that on this subject.  Aside, I hope you find another game that you enjoy and er... please stop trying to instigate people(?) *shrugs* ^_^
