Wow, I was having a hard time trying to say that without making it sound mean lol...

anbg90: I have to say that I think picture #3 highlights the character the best in the set of 5 images you provided. The angle of your character's face seems to make the eyes seem a bit smaller. As others have mentioned, I think they appear a bit too "wide eyed" - the proportions look alright in terms of width of eye and spacing between eyes, but I think that they are wide, vertically. However, I've seen people (in reality) with wide eyes like your character, so I do not think there is anything "wrong." It is just a very wide-eyed character where most characters do not have such wide eyes. In looking at one of my characters, I think her eyes are not vertically wide enough.

As to talk more about the actual picture, #3 provides a very calm background and highlights the calm expression your character naturally has. I like how her left wings stand out on a sharp contrast having the mountains as a background, while her right wings blend with the sky. It looks interesting and provides a good secondary focal point.

I am hoping this is the sort of insight you were looking for.

I did get PW running again - let's hope it'll work long enough for me to take screenshots. XD

Zarosch: She certainly does give off a powerful appearance. I can picture her saying, "I don't take shit from anybody!" XD

She certainly has a high forehead, which lends to a regal appearance. It may be a tad too high, or just the hairstyle revealing a high peak of the forehead. She is very pretty though!

Here is the most recent character I made. A Fa Shih named Guri, to play alongside my husband's Wu Xia. I resized the images by 50% and also cropped to save filespace. I think the eyebrows are too sharp and a bit too dark - anyone agree? I can still change her around (already did so a bunch) and am very happy with her. Just trying to work out minor kinks now.

I have to redo my other characters, I think. Get the character design figured out before the EN release of PW.

Hehe... Erm... I wont rate.. But i can give comments for improvement =P jaja... erm... Hey pupil and the eye shadow doesnt fit.. Make the pupil brighter if u want make up or eyes it looks like a lump of dark patches around the eye (^@^) No offence =P HEhe....
