only can change color of ur fashion, not equipment.
U can buy dye for fashion,it available in cash item with package. Each package wil give u a certain color dye or a random color dye.

ita available in my-cn long time ago ^^ but it available as a package with a dye inside. it also is random color too. u cannot choose at all. If the colour u want dye is not belongs to red, white or back, better u buy it from player, much cheaper if calculate between cash convert game money^^ somemore no need get risk that get the dye that colour u dont need to.
