I'm level 48 at the moment. I have the physical and magical buffs maxed, HP/MP regeneration buff at level 4 and magical attack buff at level 7. Once I hit level 49 I plan on getting the healing skill, Endless Sea and upgrading it whenever possible. This goes towards Fervor (magical attack buff) as well. Is it a good time for me to start upgrading Immortal Councel (HP/MP regeneration buff) now or wait a few levels after? My Feather Arrows is maxed while Tornado remains at level 6. Should I even bother maxing out Tornado or invest SP into the next magical attack, Lightning Rite (learn at level 44)? Thanks for any comments/suggestions.

Haha, yeah. It takes a lot of SP and yuan to upgrade this skill.. which is why after level 3, I was like, "Omg, forget this". Haha.

It's better to get other buffs/skills and just get equipment that have increased MP regeneration. However, if you do decide to max it out, it can be worth it. Lvl 10 + Heaven faction allows you to regenerate 1200 HP/15 secs while Hell faction allows you to regenerate 900 MP/15 secs.
As for other attack spells... it depends. Most aren't that good unless you get them to lvl 10. The strongest lightning attack, Thunderstorm (in jp version), can do an insane amount of damage though. At lvl 10, it deals 400% magic attack strength + 9337.1 damage with 95% chance to do 8 secs of continuous lightning damage with an effective area of 12 meters. Assuming you have 5000 magic attack + 700 equipment attack strength, you'd do 17137.1 damage in 1 hit. Downside is it uses up 2 spirit bars and is insanely expensive to upgrade.
