Might as well contribute my tidbit to the faqs. At lvl 50, you get new crafting quests. For armor, weapon, and accessory, you will eventually have to craft 3 specific items with 2 stars for each craft and give it to the npc if you wish to upgrade your crafting skill to lvl 4 and beyond. For medicine, you just go to the npc and buy the lvl 4 book for 50k.

how can i fuse stones to an item like a weapon for example?

Some opinion,
The thing u r craft not +2, just 2 star ^^
U can craft out other 1/2/3 star equipment
more star, there is higher stat compare to less star ^^
+3 get blue light glow ^^
+1~+12 only can upgrade by using immortal stone =)
Somemore if u want upgrade ur crafting skill t lv5, u got other way ,that is find someone who done the the quest to lv5 crafting, let him help u buy book, each 1m. (For Weapon, Armor, Accesories crafting)
If u decide to do the quest urself as the upper one said, craft three certain type 2star equipment, when u craft extra 2 star, u can sell it on 200~300k ^^

If u fuse in 2 pieces or more of lv5 of higher stones into ur armor , u can make ur armor glow ^^ (More slore and more the stones u can fuse into, the glow brightner.But remember only two same type of stone can glow, dont mix different stone. Glow by stones only happen for armor, thats not glow for fuse stone into weapon) The stone that add magical def will glow white The stone that add physical def will glow orange The stone that add hp will glow purple The stone that add mp will glow blue The stone That ad accuracy will glow yellow The other kind of stone that add certain element adef will glow green ^^

I haven't really been keeping my crafting up-to-date, just making pieces if I didn't find anything better for that slot, and I ran into a rather annoying problem; the tailor will only let me make things that are above my current skill level. Am I screwed, or is there something I'm missing? T_T;
Ignore this, I forgot the merchants in ADC don't sell low leveled stuff D:
