At what level can I start doing this?

when you're at level 7, you will be prompted to kill this creature 高原龙蛭, and then you will need to go to 回音戈壁 to dig several flowers and a fire(this is to set traps and the meat on the fire will lure the boss out), then a boss will appear near the fire, kill that boss and return to the pet trainer to complete your quest.
