What I do with my dex WuXia is I pump in enough str for him to be able to use the warrior-style helm, then 1 con every level and the rest goes into Dex.
You should be using the boxing weapons, ie. the claws or the gloves and follow that particular skill tree.
You will only be able to wear light armour but that shouldn't be a problem due to the high evasion/dodge rate that you will have.
Your magic resistance will be better than a str WuXia's (less damage from magic) but your physical resistance will be worse (more damage from ranged/melee attacks).
However, just so you know, dex WuXias have it slightly harder up until the mid twenties in the way of equipment (you'll find yourself using str equipment such as dual blades as they are what you recieve from quest rewards).
