No Q rewards so far have offered me anything other than blades and swords (which I can't use), heavy armour (which I can't wear) or int armour (which I can't wear)
No quests reward you with Dex weapons or light armour.
So be warned. Many of the players have their builds so that they'll be able to use heavy armor though. So does that mean that the minority should be excluded when it would be relitvely easy to impliment a choice of all 3 quest reward style armour items?

hmm I was wondering (not necessary referring to Wuxia:
When you learn a Wuxia skill like say One-inch punch..is it possible to put some sort of skill points to that skill to raise the level of the skill?
I was wondering because when I used to play Kalonline there were skills that shouldn't be bothered to be trained, because in the long run it would be a waste of ''skill points''. In Kalonline you could ''reset'' a skill to redistribute the skill points to other skills but you needed a very expensive item for that. I'm not sure if PW is going to make a similar system so I'd rather make sure I make the right decisions.

Well your thread title does say "Wu Xia are screwed over". However, now your just talking about the minority who use Light armors. @_@ I just stated that a a lot of the players would rather prefer to use Heavy armor rather than Light. Yeah, I understand that implementing 3 choices would have been better but we really can't complain as of right now especially because Malaysian chinese isn't our server to begin with. Malaysians would be the ones who would be complaining though.
