If you're a WuXia and you make a dex-dodge build, your gaining of equipment will be 10 times harder than if you were a str build. No Q rewards so far have offered me anything other than blades and swords (which I can't use), heavy armour (which I can't wear) or int armour (which I can't wear) No quests reward you with Dex weapons or light armour. So be warned.

wow thanks for the warning that really sounds shit.
I hope they change that after the beta.
A last resort could be to sell those heavy armor since it's more expensive than light I presume?

i should be wearing light armour but using int since no rewards well doesnt really matter to much though will go back to light when im higher lvl

oh well thanks for warning. yeah there should be a choice of all three types just to allow for the diff warrior builds (and mage). pretty weird really

You guys have to build your character on the equipment, distribute your points for weapons and armor in the future.
I just wonder how did you distribute your points, the listed armors and weapons are visible in the npc shops. Did you just freelance your stat points or why you have such problems ?

They're dex build warriors and quests only give out heavy/mage items for quests and they're typically better than normal stuff you buy from npcs. So what they're saying is that it screws the dex builds over since they give no light armor/fists out during quests and only receive useless equips. They didn't mess up their builds, the quests are just classist (racist to classes? o.0)

I thought WuXia's are screwed over as in they were nerfed at a future Chinese patch lol

well it isnt just wuxia its anyone that use light armour or even like archers using slings happens alot of classes

Light armor only for WuXia sword blade and Boxing Boxing is weak class

But boxing need evasion to survive --> DEX if pure DEX , u have little dmg + HP )But u increases STR u havent hight eva =.="

so fists rely on evasion and consistent constant damage whereas str builds rely on phys def and strong damage that might not hit many times. I still don't see how fist builds are weak. :P

im having problems like that with my werebeast. I have good damage and will never die unless i get gang rush by a random mob that i could see, but most of my hits miss. Its always a trade off though with going for different builds.

No quests reward you with Dex weapons or light armour.
So be warned. Many of the players have their builds so that they'll be able to use heavy armor though.
