I really hope not I can see it now...even at half damage...a level 105 flying archer going to where all the little level 30 people and raining down pwnage  and then safely flying away lol I really hope that can't happen ><

I hope it will be possible -I am no Pk, by the way- I am all for freedom, and being able to do everything you do on land when you are flying is freedom. The fact is I am not afraid of Playerkillers since I believe the Pk sistem implemented (name going red and chance to drop some of your items when killed by "justice enforcing players"  will prevent abuses. I doubt high level players will like to lose their high level gear. -by the way, as a side note, I love your Paul Atreides avatar  I hope Frank Herbert's son did beter in Dune7 than in all the prequels to Dune he wrote.

And Determination does not require rage, only Faith Daemonator wrote:Bots and other such programs are not allowed on any online game and especially on PW-MY!. I am impressed, outside of family, I've NEVER met another Dune fan =0
You know, I really liked the prequels...well the "House" ones weren't as good as the Butlerian Jihad ones, I just try to keep in mind that his son clearly, quite clearly isn't the master that his Father was
I just finished Road to Dune, which was like all the "deleted scenes" and the original manuscript for Dune, and man was it wild, I loved it, next up is Hunters of Dune xD
Okay...geekiness aside lol yeah I agree with you to a degree about the PKing, I just don't want like those people who can play for HOURS every day, as opposed to casual gamers...or like me, I'm going to have to fit my schedule around college, I don't want to be PKed lol
I can already see a PK clan of the strongest players forming lol

lol i'm a dune fan to ,not a big one but i seen the old one ,and a dune with 2 dvd's and about 4 hour lol ^^ and i have the game dune xD rts ^^ btw welcome on board ^^

yeah all the Dune games are really fun I think...if not very cheaply done lol
But sometimes cheesy and corny is good! xD

Another thing about PK I was thinking is level 105 werefox with a high level pet terrorizing lowbies =O
The part I read on this site about red hunthing sounds like a profitable business, especially if it's possible to team up against high levels

The part I read on this site about red hunthing sounds like a profitable business, especially if it's possible to team up against high levels usually red names people will just staying at the town and open stall and then leave it while they're afk... until their name turn to white again XD... but while you levelling, if you see any red names, get a party and kill that red names!! hahaha...that would be fun. Sometimes even they're high levels, they still getting pwned also by the "pro" lowbies party. well, they're just single enemy while your party outnumbering him.

te truth is many games allow you to mecilessly kill a murderer with no retribution, but very few games do give you a real reward for it, besides the satisfaction of "teaching the pwner a lesson" I don't really think real redhunting parties will arise, but I would be glad they did. And I am sure people will have a questing break from time to time and devote a day or two to hunting PKs

Well if someone of you played Ultima Online... that was the game where real PK killing groups evolved. However PvP was relativly free in this game (also with a RED etc. system - but if you die you lost all you had with you). And even if I liked that alot (although I never pked)... it was great to have a big risk outside the save places... so you needed to get escorted to other villages and never traveld alone. But hell you had a puls of over 130 during your play if you saw a red murder coming out of the trees... that was really awesome...

Ultima Online is for sure the greatest MMORPG I have ever played. So much freedom... so many things that were there just for you to have fun roleplaying... and it made things closer to the player and more believable by mirroring reality with their mechanics. Many new mmorpgs should look back and learn from it.

i played evrry mmmo since silkroad
never had the chance for ultima and evryone sais its the best ever ...accept PW afc xD
