Yea there were talks about Ventrilo/Teamspeak/etc. before with other guilds. Not sure if we're going to have one right now, but maybe we will in the future.

I have a vent server the guild can use Edit: and it's mine so we don't have to worry about guilds form other games logging in

i played wow in an endgame guild before the expansion we had about 60+ ppl in a channel while we were doing an instance was pretty crazy when we were playing around

For example, in WoW it was usually the set leader of each group in the raid which confirmed if their group was ready/in position. So out of 40 people, only 8 spoke.

Yeah it worked like that in my FFXI end game guild only the main alliance leaders really spoke or relayed commands.
