Can't Access Cubizone.com Options

when i try to register, i can't get to the cubizone register site, and then if i try to go directly to the cubizone website, i also cannot load the page. Ive tried Firefox, Opera, and IE with cookies accepting. Is it problem with my internet or computer or is the site down or something?
