im planning to reduce my int down to 3 points but have no idea doing it...

you can do it with restat scrolls
Human Mage - Level 59 (inactive)
Werebeast - Level 80+ (inactive)

only restat scrolls aren't enough. The minimum current stat must be 5. I don't clearly remember but you have to do something like this: equip items adding x int to your stat and use restat scrolls until current stat= 3+x, unequip items then you get what you want. Note: 3+x >= 5.
