INSTALLATION ERROR NEED HELP

I downloaded the file through UTorrent. After it was done I opened the file and right clicked auto-run and hit install. Once I do that though, it automatically says Error... Installation Failed. and then it closes. Is there something I have done wrong? What should I do? is there anything else I need to install beforehand?

please help me Pray

try to download it from another source - then compare the hashes if possible
