I'm not sure if this is the forum for this... I would just like to ask how i can have those blue glowing weapons. I saw players with way lower levels than i am have such weapons. can any1 give me a step-by-step process of making or achieving such weapons?

You get em from your 19 29 39 49 and so on FB from elder

It's not blue, it's purple >_>. And all 3-star weapons will glow.

it's blue and it's only from the 19fb where you get a glowy weapon... and yes, you can craft 3 star glowy weapons with a blue glow.

3 Star weps have blue glow... text name is a deep purple...

Can explain pls FB's are Instance dungeons... Mobs are much harder than thier level would indicate and at the end you kill a boss or bosses.. You get a "FB" at 19//29//39// etc...

I think i did the quest already.... but i didt get any weapon from it... o.O ... well maybe someone in my party got it idk...

I tihnk that quest is in wolfs den or somthing like that and if you played WoW the mobs are like elites, you get a big party run threw kill boss and return to elder and you will complete and get reward. 
Level 45(WF) level 13 (EA) WF owns all.
