It does not work for me

i do all these things the ones with the stars or do i need more, these are the things i do:

user Id: with letters and numbers

password 1: only letters

password 2: only letters

first name: do i do my last name to or what?

identity card: is it numbers or letters?

e mail: i do my email address

i do my birthday

and place of residence: Candad
