The Esther sword elder gives you a task to jump and find a box near the gate but There are like 3 gates which one is it? The mission is called first jump

and a drunken warrior gives you the mission of finding a red box by jumping on roof tops where do you find it?

I am a Level 8 Human Mage

Can someone give a detailed explanation on how to do these quests and if possible include screen shots of where it is?
