How do i learn pet skills and character skills?

I have my pet and i have the 2 books (heal pet and revive pet) but what do i do with them?

And

i am a lvl 4 WF and i talked to the werefox master but how do i get my skills?

please help me!!

some require certin levels, also you need a certin culti. try to do the yellow quest im not sure when you get your first one.

Level 45(WF) level 13 (EA) WF owns all.
