Hi all,
1) I have weapon skill level 1 100% but it can not proceed to level 2, what should I do next ?
2) I have changed 25 fragment into 1 Mileage Stone, what is Mileage Stone for ?

1) Go to the town/village elder and select the option to level up your crafting skill. At lvl 4, 6, and 8 (Mastery), you will be asked to do additional quests by making several 2 star items before you can proceed to the next level. This does not apply to medicine skill where you just find a npc and buy the book.
2) It's for upgrading your equipment. Go to the town elder and select the option to upgrade your equipment. You will need 1 stone for armor and jewelry and 2 stones for weapons. Upgrade effects include +hp, +magic defenses, or +attack stats.
