So I downloaded the game and installed it. That was all good. Now I get to the patcher and it starts up like how it should. However everytime I do it, it gets stuck on buff_str.txt and doesn't go any further. Also, it allows me to start game in version 1.2.6, but doesn't allow a log-in. I've checked with a friend and everything went good for them and it auto updated them to version 1.3.1. I've tried manually downloading the patches after reinstalling the game and nothing seems to work. Please help

Everything downloaded ok and everything installed ok. I did the double check thing at the end of the installation to make sure all the files are there, they are. I opened the launcher and tried to download the patch through their automatic system except I either get this:


or the same thing without the server busy window and as you can see the download is stuck on part 2 with this particular file: buff_str.txt. I have left it on while I slept and it still did not get past this particular point when I woke up 9 hours later. Also I have attempted the automatic download in several different manners, with the three options selected in the settings area, with the middle one just selected, after a new installation and what not.

ALSO I have tried the manual patches, but I get this:

And for some reason I can start the game with the manual patches but the patches do not download and therefore the game remains as an old version.
I have tried downloading four different manual patches (from different file sites) and they all give me the same thing.

I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game twice, completely downloading the game again once, taken on and off my firewall/anti virus programs and nothing seems to be working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
