ok... i heard after lvl 30 anyone/anywhere can atk u? what if u dont want to PK?0.0 and what do u lose if u die

does not matter if you want to or not, and there is no lvl rng a lvl 99 could pk a lvl 30
tho you dont lose exp, there is a SMALL chance of dropping item(s)
