Okay right now most of you that decided to click on this is probably thinking, "What a turd why doesnt he search?!?! LETS GO FLAME HIM" But no, i have searched, infact i spent so much time searching on forums its getting really annoying. First of all, I have never play a WF before i played as a EA. I have read ALL of the builds they had on the offical forums (Heavy armor,Light armor,Mage,and every hybrid in between.) Also the famous post of MiniKyubi "Werefox pvp the true". I should have have an idea of a PVP build by now right? Sadly, all the posts contradicted each other, driving me in circles and no where near a build. I want my WF to focus on PvP. According to the offical forums the heavy armor doesnt seem like the right candidate, because of the low damage. The Light armor hybrid has too little m/pdef and not very good damage as well, but it offers more hp. The int build is too fragile like a glass canon and anyone can go past the pet and crush the WF easily. Something caught my eye at this point, i forgot the author but someone posted a hybrid build offering high damage in fox form and decent m/pdef by switching gear. This build seems perfect and the main weapon was to be the lvl 22 gold magic sword and the pet was the main damage dealer. So i went ahead and made a WF and got her to level 11 and my damage was too mediocre, i couldnt even train on mobs 1 lvl higher than me because i was only hitting 30s and i missed quite a few times even in fox mode :O, All i could do was wait for my wolf to kill while i healed him. Well, after reading MiniKyubis post because it poped up everywhere i searched on google, he said that light armor is the worst kind of build(1 down), hybrid fox is also a bad idea according to him(thats 2 down), and now the heavy armor my last hope quote:
"THE PROBLEM IS this build is shit for pvp too:p. You cant use nuke because your int is too low. Remember, you have 5 sec to kill people. Against fighter you need to be transform in fox. Who really think he can fight a fighter in melee with the fox? They have really good skill, better than ours for melee, better hp, str, stun skills, better weapon. And against archer and mage? you want to run with your fox to catch them? They dont want melee. You will be dead before to touch them. Fighter have problem to win against mage and archer too. But they have better skills for that. so Forget too. And you cant do enough dmg to kill."(thats all the build except nuker build).Now he goes on about the advantages of the int/nuker build and all seemed reasonable to me. However, all the posts after the topic made me feel uneasy, because alot of people were disagreeing and also numerous people on the offical forums disagreed also. I dont really care about fighting in fox mode or tamer mode, I just want a PvP build that actually works. I'm not asking for a build that owns every single class out there, because thats impossible due to balance and all that stuff. Hell , guidelines would help me too, I know most of you would say that it depends on the players skill,items,opponent..blah blah blah. But there has to be some sort of build that will get the job done! All help are very much appreciated and all you haters getting ready to flame me >_>.
