Are there classes that are good for nothing? Are there classes that stand out? I need a class that can solo well and is also useful in a party (I don't know if there are healers in this game, but that count as 'useful in a party').

hmm at the moment i did my best choice with the magician. It will be at start (until Lvl 20-25) very hard to solo, but after that you have a high Dmg and can do the most solo and you are in parties very welcome because you have one of the highest damage (i think it is the highest...)
Werefoxes are the best for solo and are fine money makers, but in higher Levels you may get problems to find a group...
But the classes are very balanced... You have to decide which class would be the best for you. The Best would be to try 2-3 classes until Level10 and then decide...
Human Mage - Level 59 (inactive) Werebeast - Level 80+ (inactive)

There's priests in this game, and they get a damage spell line. Even with investing in just 1 damage skill it's not that hard to solo until lvl 40-ish, then it gets harder as a not-damage focused priest; but priests are obviously not the best solo players out there D: Both warriors and mages are decent for soloing and parties, but they both do take a while to shine. Foxes are awesome early on, but they're not as wanted for group play later on; this is the main choice for an alt to make money for a lot of people, because they're easy to level and play. Beasts are the tanks of this game, but they're annoying and hard to level.
